Shipping Methods include USPS letters, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground

Orders purchased through the Hella Grip Sloth Shop usually ship from California within 24 hours (pending credit card approval). Hella Grip does not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS, based on the purchaser’s selected shipping method during checkout. A tracking number is emailed as soon as orders ship. Please contact Hella Grip at info@hellagrip.com if you believe there has been an issue with your order.

In the unlikely event that a purchased product is not currently available, or if additional identification is required for credit card verification, a Hella Grip shipping staff member will contact you.

International orders (including Canada) are subject to duties, customs, brokerage fees and value added taxes in which Hella Grip does not calculate at the time of your purchase within the shopping cart. You are the Importer of Record (IOR) when you order products from Hella Grip and, therefore, you are responsible for the payment of these charges upon receipt of the invoice by the shipper. The IOR is officially noted by many governments as the owner or purchaser of merchandise being imported into a destination country. We encourage purchasers to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from the Hella Grip Sloth Shop, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Hella Grip.

Hella Grip is not liable for any loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
